We had a wonderful campfire afternoon and evening at the KYC last week! We collected kindling and built a fire all together, and played a getting to know one another “scavenger hunt.” We took a break for a bit to ride bikes and run around and then came back to enjoy a campfire cooked dinner of sausage and veggies. We played some more group games around the fire and of course enjoyed s’mores! This is the perfect time of year for a campfire and we are thoroughly enjoying our beautiful patio, fire pit, and benches, all built for us by a teen who used this as their Eagle Scout project!
