Program Facilitator
The Kingswood Youth Center (KYC) is seeking a motivated Program Facilitator to make a difference in the lives of local teens! This position works collaboratively to deliver fun, appealing, and enriching programs and connections with the KYC’s program participants. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to create a safe, inclusive, inviting space is required.
This is a part-time permanent position of approximately 10-15 hrs. per week, though full-time opportunities may be available for the right candidate. The salary range is $20-$22 per hour based on experience. Roughly two-thirds of your time will be in direct service and one third of the time providing administrative and operational support, including planning programs, setting up programs, and cleaning. Monday-Thursday evening availability is required. Flexibility in schedule is helpful. Ability to drive a 15-passenger van is helpful.

Development Director
The Kingswood Youth Center (KYC) is seeking a motivated, passionate, professional with proven success in leading and supporting non-profit fundraising efforts, to serve as the Development Director. Through grant writing, donor cultivation, and fundraising events, the Development Director will ensure the continuity of the KYC’s vital services, which have a lasting impact on deserving local teens.
The KYC seeks candidates with a proven track record of leadership in grant writing, donor stewardship, and fundraising events. The Development Director will work approximately 10 hrs. per week, which may be comprised of a combination of remote and in-office work. The salary range is $23-$25 per hour based on experience. Hours may vary based on annual funding cycles. Occasional availability to be onsite during afternoon and/or evening program hours is helpful.
