Maggie Parke
is joining us from Buffalo, New York – and spent a year and a half working in various NH mountain towns before settling at KYC. She brings a fascination with books, art, and outdoor recreation. Maggie has worked with afterschool programs and summer camps, as well as mentoring through Girls on the Run.
Her last nonprofit experience was volunteering with an inner city drop-in art studio. With a professional history ranging from mountain lodges to hospitals to the legal field, she loves a dynamic workplace (and this particular brand of vibrancy). Come ask her about mountaintop paintings, penpals in distant places, or just about anything!
A volunteer Board of Directors leads the Kingswood Youth Center. The Finance Committee manages and reports on the Endowment Fund and the organization’s portfolio. The Fundraising Committee seeks out ways to bring funds into the organization by holding various fundraising events both big and small.
