Another Art for All show!
We had another great experience with @governorwentworthartscouncil ‘s Art for All shows at Huggins Hospital and Meredith Village Savings Bank. Hearing artists speak on their work and viewing their shows is an incredibly valuable experience.
Interpretive Ranger and First Week Back Fun
We had a great first week of 2024-2025 afterschool programs! An interpretive ranger led a primitive fire building program which was SO cool! We also played a lot of games… one involving shaving cream on our heads… went on bike rides, made art, and generally just relaxed and caught up! We hope everyone had a good week back at school. We are looking forward to seeing more of you!

Swimming with Chucky of Chucky’s Fight!
We had the best time swimming with Chucky again! Thank you for hosting us in August, Chucky and Mary!
End of Summer Celebration
We had a great end of summer celebration hosted by Dave, Debbie, and their adorable pup Rosie! Lots of kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding, eating, and then we ended the evening watching the sun set and the bats come out!
Egg Drop at Abenaki Tower
We love our tradition of doing an Egg Drop Challenge off Abenaki Tower! Teens put in a lot of effort to protect their eggs, even going so far as to hand sew a pouch. It is a LONG drop down, and out of eight eggs, only two survived!
An Evening of Broadway!
We brought an enthusiastic group of teens to An Evening of Broadway at the Colonial Theater. Thanks to @childrensauction603 for sponsoring our tickets and for all the amazing work you do! We couldn’t do what we do here at the KYC without your support!
