KYC Teen Participates in Rotary Club’s Speech Contest

The KYC took a small group to Conway to support Skylar, a KYC teen, who competed in round two of the Rotary Club’s High School Speech Contest. Round one was held at KRHS, where Skylar was named the winner! She was named winner at round two, as well, and will be competing in round three in Lyndonville, VT in April! In honor of Skylar, the KYC made a special dinner for the group; her alternative to a BLT sandwich, the BLP (bacon, lettuce, and pickles!). We are so proud of all Skylar has accomplished and can’t wait to see how she does in round three!
